Rex oversees all aspects of financial accounting and reporting for the bank and provides a lead role in investment portfolio management and financial risk analysis and control. He is a contract CFO for three NC banks, including CapStone Bank. He has also previously served as CFO for MCNC, a Research Triangle-based nonprofit research and technology firm, as well as for Raleigh Federal Savings Bank and Home Savings and Loan Association of Durham.
