Rex is responsible for most aspects of CapStone Bank operations, including processing and non-lending-related compliance issues. He also serves as the bank’s controller. Rex has more than 30 years of experience in financial and operations management. Prior to joining the bank, he was President of Scott Image Associates, Inc., an imaging technology company he founded. When it was acquired by Advanced Financial Solutions in 2001, he remained as General Manager of Consulting. |
