Coin and Currency Orders

Business Online Banking users can order coin and currency electronically by following these steps:

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. From the top menu, select “Cash Management.”
3. From the menu on the left, select “Order Coin & Currency.”
4. Enter your company’s name, address, phone number, contact person, settlement account, detail your order by denomination and specify any instructions.
5. Click “Proceed.”

Allow up to two hours for processing. Coin and Currency Orders also may be ordered via phone by calling 919.256.6800 and speaking with a CapStone Bank branch associate.
